Overview
VectaGrid is a Figma plugin published by Mosher Labs. This policy explains what information VectaGrid and its licensing system collect, why, and what we deliberately do not collect. We only store what's necessary to activate and validate your license — nothing about your design files ever reaches us.
Information we store
When you purchase a VectaGrid Pro license, we store exactly three things:
- Purchaser email — the email address associated with your purchase.
- Generated license key — the unique key created for your purchase (e.g.
VG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). - Product identifier — which Mosher Labs product the license belongs to (in this case, VectaGrid).
That's the complete list. We do not build profiles, track usage analytics, or collect any information beyond what's needed to activate and verify your license.
Payments
All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you check out, you're on Stripe's own hosted payment page — your card details, Apple Pay, or Google Pay information are handled entirely by Stripe.
Mosher Labs never receives or stores your payment information. We don't see your card number, and we don't store anything beyond a reference to the completed transaction (used only to link a purchase to a license key).
Your design files stay on your computer
VectaGrid's SVG import, component generation, and grid layout all run entirely inside Figma's local plugin sandbox on your machine. Uploaded SVG files never leave your computer, and your Figma documents are never transmitted to our servers. The only network requests VectaGrid makes are small license-activation and validation checks — never your artwork, never your file contents.
License verification
When VectaGrid checks whether a license is valid (at activation, and periodically afterward), it sends only the minimum information required to answer that question: your license key and the product identifier. No file contents, filenames, or design data are ever included in these requests.
Data retention & requests
We retain license and purchase records for as long as needed to support your license (including refunds, support requests, and fraud prevention). If you'd like to request deletion of your stored email address, or have any other privacy question, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as VectaGrid evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
