Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VectaGrid (the "Software"), a Figma plugin published by Mosher Labs ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, installing, or using VectaGrid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
License grant
VectaGrid is licensed, not sold. Mosher Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, subject to these Terms.
- One purchase grants one perpetual license for a single Pro activation.
- Your license entitles you to continued use of the version you purchased and its future updates, as described in your purchase.
- Licenses may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or shared with any other individual or organization.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent VectaGrid's licensing or activation mechanisms.
- Resell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your license to a third party.
Ownership
Mosher Labs retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Mosher Labs' trademarks, branding, or trade names.
"As is" — no warranty
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mosher Labs does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Figma file or environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosher Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, where applicable, follow applicable consumer protection law and Stripe's own payment and dispute policies. To request a refund, contact us using the details below.
Updates to the Software
Mosher Labs reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the Software at any time, including to improve functionality, fix issues, or respond to changes in the Figma platform. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep licensed users informed of significant changes.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
